1週間前の保険請求後、保険会社の窓口から
返事のメールが来ました。（原文のまま）
グローブパートナーの保険をかけている
皆様に情報を共有します。
えーっ、治療費Euro50（6,050円くらい）以下は却下？
次回の通院治療が7月29日のアポなので、それを足せば
Euro50にはなるでしょう。
それにしても、ペナンの私立病院ローガンライの治療費
RM188(=5,076円)は安かった・・・
ということでしょうか？

Nevertheless, your file is not complete.
We would be grateful if you could send us an email:
* A copy of your passport (identification page + 
stamped page of your arrival in Malaysia in April 2019).
If your passport has not been stamped, 
please send us your flight ticket for this trip,
* the postal address and telephone number
corresponding to your bank account
Please note that our international transfers 
can be made from 50 euros for medical expenses.
(due to bank charges) 
Your current claim does not exceed the amount
of 50 euros, we put your file on hold for other 
medical expenses to make the payment.
