Amazon海外注文に問題？その後(2)

Amazonプライムセールで2品購入、注文して、
海外発送サービスを申し込んでいました。
1つは、ランニングシューズ、こちらは、
通関済み、ペナンの私の住所不明で未配達。
こちらの方は、注文詳細を調べて、多分、
私のミスでAmazonに注文の際、住所に、
コンドの階数が記載していなかったことが原因
だと考えました。
DHLのサイト、カスタマーセンターにアクセス、

トラッキング番号、その他記入、
コメント欄に、正確な住所、メルアド、
携帯電話番号を記載して、
デリバリーをお願いしました。
メール送付。
多分、これで良い、と思います。

DHLからの返事のメール受信↓
Dear xxxxx,
Good day to you
Following AWB 2179498532 ( with estimated delivery
on 25 July 2019 ) , we have noted with your request
and delivery has been scheduled on 26 July 2019
for Morning cycle ( 9:00 - 12:00) .
In other hands , we have registered your e-mail address
for shipment proview .
For any updates movement / event will send via e-mail .

通関後は、この住所に配達してください、という
メールを送付しました。

カスタマーセンターから、何か伝わっている、とは
到底、思えません。
私とのメールのやり取り：延々と続きました・・・

once you received the permit, kindly email it

私：
I received your e-mail, but I can not understand
the reason why I, customer(client) has to contact
SIRIM to apply.
It is your job, not the client matter.
I made a phone call to SIRIM and found no reply.
What is ap permit?
Who is SIRIM？
I have complained/claimed your service
with this kind of business attitude to
DHL Customer service and Amazon.
I hope you should complete your job.

What is AP permit?
Who is SIRIM?(What kind of organization?)
I think that you are the agent of Amazon.
Is it your job to apply to get AP permit from SIRIM
according to the custom regulation?

AP permit is a permit that required for electronics @
electricals & telecommunication items such as Laptops,
Wireless Keyboards, Wireles Mouse, Camera, Handphone,
Smart Watch, etc.
The SIRIM is an authority in Malaysia which will provide
the approved permit that certified this items are safe to
be use in Malaysia.
I’m Maslinda, DHL Express Malaysia employees who
are required to contact customer for any Malaysia
Custom query.

I thought that you are the agent of Amazon.

purchased the Chromecast at Amazon Shop
with service of sending abroad(Malaysia) ,

No, usually consignee will apply wth the authority
because it involve payment.
We only received the approved permit & clear with
custom for you, then deliver to your premise.
という事は、
どうも根本的に何か理解不行き届きなのかも
しれませんが、私の考えていた「商取引の常識」
が間違っていた事になります。
＜私はAmazonから商品を海外発送サービス
付きで購入した、
Amazon委託の通関業者さんは、誰であれ、
Amazonと交渉して、通関するものだと
考えていた＞
「どうして、私に申請しなさい、許可を
もらいなさい、と言ってくるのでしょう?」
という、素朴な疑問は、
ここから、来ています。
DHLでは、それは自分たちの仕事では無い、
と断言しています。
何か、Amazonの商取引の約款にもそういう
ことが書かれているのでしょうか？
そうすると、ちょっと、Amazonで商品を
買って海外に品物を送ってもらう、という
のは、二の足を踏んでしまいます。
昨日、Amazonのカスタマーセンターに
問い合わせ・クレームのメールを送付
しましたが、受信しました、という自動返信
メッセージだけ、何の回答もありません。
その後は、又、ブログで報告します。
